Remote work
We don't bring you into the office unnecessarily. Together with your team, you decide when and how often you work remotely. We also offer 100% remote work in the EU for many positions.

Choose from a current MacBook or a Linux laptop. In addition to an external monitor etc., you get your own budget to optimize your workstation at home or in the office.
Relocation support
We support you both financially and with our know-how. A coach will help you with questions about visas and the like, finding accommodation and navigating you through the jungle of authorities.

We have been supplying our data centers and our office with green electricity for years.
Mobility
We also focus on sustainability when it comes to getting from A to B. As an employee, for example, you can lease a bicycle/e-bike from us at a reasonable price. We also use trains to save CO2 🙂
Greenfood
Our food is cooked in-house, without meat, regional and seasonal and, last but not least, super tasty. We also don't have bottled water delivered, instead our water comes filtered, and with sparkling water on request, from the tap.
Reduction of waste
Producing new things consumes resources. For example, we upcycle our old advertising banners and displays into great bags for laptops, cables, etc. Our discarded hardware also finds a second life in schools, universities or social institutions.
