Your Mission

The Head of People & Culture is responsible for ensuring that their team develops SysEleven as an attractive employer, attracts suitable talent, drives the development of the skills necessary for the future, coaches executives, and efficiently implements operational HR processes. This includes supporting the team as a mentor, coach, enabler, and coordinator, creating a positive work environment, and supporting employees in their professional development.

In detail

That means…

  • You will take over the leadership of the current 7-person People & Culture Team and the 2-person Office Management Team at our location in Berlin and will be responsible for the further development, coaching and mentoring of the self-organized team members.
  • Together with your team, you will be the contact person for our employees in all personnel-related matters.
  • You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of all HR activities as well as for supporting the management in the development of the organization
  • You act as a strategic partner for our executives with regard to personnel management, recruitment, personnel development, change and performance management
  • You coordinate the planning of personnel budgets together with the division managers
  • In addition, you keep an ear to the market, pass on your knowledge to your team and act as a sparring partner, especially in the areas of employer branding and personnel development.
  • Last but not least, you provide relevant HR KPIs and reports and develop them further

That is what you have to bring on board...

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources management
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in human resources with expertise in employer branding, recruiting, cultural, organizational and personnel development
  • Several years of disciplinary management experience of teams with at least 5 employees in a medium-sized company
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • High level of social competence and intercultural sensitivity combined with integration skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, independent and goal-oriented approach combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Good command of written and spoken English
