Your Mission

Your mission is to oversee and optimize the entire recruitment process for potential employees, ensuring a seamless workflow for SysEleven and the candidates. In this capacity, you place particular emphasis on open and transparent communication with prospective candidates. As the Process Owner, you streamline the selection process efficiently, actively contributing to hiring decisions and onboarding. Your objective is to identify candidates, build relationships, and promote the values of diversity and inclusion. In addition to your recruiting responsibilities, you also contribute to employer branding initiatives. Furthermore, you take on tasks in operational support, such as drafting employment contracts and various certificates.


Your responsibilities:

  • Assuming responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from crafting and publishing job advertisements to initiating initial contact and facilitating a positive candidate journey through to onboarding on the first day of work. This includes maintaining a keen focus on ensuring a favorable experience for candidates
  • Conducting research and identifying qualified candidates through suitable recruitment channels, particularly through active sourcing
  • Engaging in the pre-selection of suitable candidates based on their documents and interviews, working closely with the respective departments
  • Assisting with administrative HR tasks such as drafting contracts, certificates, and references, as well as providing operational HR support
  • Contributing to employer branding initiatives aimed at enhancing our corporate brand as an employer of choice
  • Taking on responsibilities in general projects within the People & Culture team

What you have to bring on board:

  • Relevant practical experience in the field of personnel procurement, preferably within a technical environment in a small or medium-sized enterprise
  • Proficiency in handling human resources management systems, ideally with experience in using Personio
  • Technical affinity or a keen interest in familiarizing oneself with the requirements of technical positions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A structured, reliable work approach and an enjoyment of interacting with diverse individuals
