Your Mission
As a Compliance Manager at SysEleven, you are responsible for ensuring that all company activities comply with applicable compliance regulations. By developing, adapting, and comprehensively monitoring and implementing policies, you contribute to ensuring that the company operates ethically and legally. Your contribution not only ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal policies but also strengthens the trust of our customers and partners in SysEleven.

Your responsibilities:
- Implementation of a compliance program (risk management, internal control system, environmental management, compliance management) ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies in alignment with our parent company, Secunet
- Conducting regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential violations at an early stage
- Monitoring compliance changes and updating policies according to evolving legal requirements
- Transferring and adapting guidelines from our parent company to the processes and cultural specificities at SysEleven
- Training employees on compliance issues and raising awareness of the importance of ethical behavior in the corporate context
- Collaborating with the parent company to integrate compliance requirements into company processes and ensure their effective implementation
What you have to bring on board:
- Several years of experience in compliance, ideally within a technology-oriented company
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and processes
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and raise awareness among employees at all levels of the company
