Your Mission
As a Compliance Officer at SysEleven, you contribute to ensuring that all company activities comply with applicable compliance regulations. You assist in the development, adaptation, and comprehensive monitoring and implementation of policies to ensure that the company operates ethically and legally. Your contribution not only ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal policies but also strengthens the trust of our customers and partners in SysEleven.

Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of a compliance program (risk management, internal control system, environmental management, compliance management) that ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Participating in regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential violations early
- Monitoring compliance changes and assisting in updating policies according to changing legal requirements
- Adapting policies of our parent company to the processes and cultural specificities at SysEleven
- Assisting in training employees on compliance topics and raising awareness of the importance of ethical behavior in the corporate context
- Collaborating with the parent company to integrate compliance requirements into corporate processes and ensure their effective implementation
What you have to bring on board:
- First experience in the field of compliance, ideally in a technology-oriented company
- Interest in the development and implementation of compliance programs and processes
- Analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex problems and provide support based on compliance guidelines
- Good communication skills to collaborate and support employees at all levels of the company
