One thing is clear to us: We want to make SysEleven a top employer. After all, employees are the most important success factor in the company. It is not enough to swim with the swarm in personnel matters – life-supporting coffee, functioning hardware or entertaining activities alone do not make much difference. Instead, we have a plan: to ensure that candidates have an experience with SysEleven that positively influences their lives, from the first touchpoint through individual development paths and beyond.
How do we implement this plan? By promoting transparency and clarity of expectations, while at the same time supporting the cooperation of all and living openness as well as honesty. We act as consultants, moderators and mediators in the company – and we’re always there for the concerns of our employees. The same applies to our own team: We give feedback to each other and can accept such feedback from everyone. In this way we learn from each other and hold constructive discussions when we critically question ideas.
