Our mission as SysEleven’s Network Operations Center (NOC) team is to provide reliable and secure core and data center networks for our customers. Our tasks include planning, setup, operation, documentation and optimization of this infrastructure. This is the prerequisite for ensuring seamless communication and efficient data exchange. Automation and monitoring help us to provide the best possible network infrastructure to meet the ever increasing demands of our organization and ensure smooth, secure operation.

Management, deployment and operation
- Development of automation (Ansible) and monitoring (Icinga2, Grafana/Prometheus and Observium/LibreNMS)
- Application intelligence (DCIM [Netbox], monitoring, evaluation/analysis of network/peering traffic, trending, etc.)
- Lifecycle management of all network components
- Logistics and control of remote hands at our data center locations
- On-call with 24/7
